There were tears, sadness and disbelief when our beloved community pub was shut, sold to developers to be turned in to flats, profitable for just a few people.
We are fighting to make the pub an Asset Of Community Value (ACV), which will serve everyone in the community, be a hub for social interaction, provide essential services and support those who need a space.
